Dear Sirs,
On November
20th, I was delivered a gift from PN. My wife and I cordially
thank you for it. We are rather aged people with the whole bunch
of different ailments. We are very moved by your love and care
of us. The thought that there are so wonderful people like you
in the world warms our old hearts. Unfortunately, we can't say
the same about our former home land, Ukraine, where we were born,
worked hard, shed our blood during the war. That country showed
us neither moral nor material support. God will repay them what
they deserve and we'll be glad for that.
Thanks again
for your care,
The "L"
Family
Dear friends
from PN,
It is so nice
to aware that there are people who are willing to help selflessly,
wholeheartedly to total strangers. We have already met Christians
on our way to Israel by ship. They were from "Eben Ezra."
Their friendly concern and assistance helped us to handle with
the feeling a man has at the moment he says" farewell"
to the land he has lived for all his life. We are very gratefull
to those people. We thank you as well. In fact, we wouldn't die
without the food you gave us. But your smiles, good words of hope
warmed our souls.
Thank you,
May God protect
us. The "L's"
Dear Sirs,
We appreciate
your assisting us. Especially, it is very important for retired
people.
Let us wish you good health, happiness, successful work, family
welfare, peaceful blue sky and all the best for many years. We
express our gratitude to people who delivered those gifts to us
& wish you all the best.
Truly yours,
The "K's"
Dear Sirs,
This is the
family of "K." We reiceved your gift through PN. We
have been touched to the bottom of the soul by your concern. After
we had read your addressing to us we couldn't help crying. How
amazing it is to know that someone thinks of you and wants to
help sincerely. Besides, it gave us a good material support, as
we rent an apartment. We are retired, very sick ( my wife has
cancer, she has endured several surgeries, and one open-heart
operation). We wish you all welfare and all to best. We say in
Russian: "Let the hand of the giving person never be scanty."
Sincerely
yours,
David &
Yana "K"
Dear Sirs,
I am Kim S,
live in Ashdod and addressing you for help and charity as I am
very concerned about my neighbor who is an ideal husband, a qualified
specialist and a good man. Several years ago he got tuberculosis
and was operated here in Israel. The surgery was not effective.
Since then, he has been several times under a special treatment
in the hospital Shmuel ha Rofe. The situation is getting worse,
evidently, because he used to be a liquidator at Chernobyl nuclear
station disaster. He lives with his wife, two children and mother-in-law.
They rent apartment in Ashdod . Their address is: [Omitted]. I
can't watch how the life is quenching in this fifty years old
man, that's why I've made up my mind to write you. I hope you
will be able to help him and his family somehow. By the way, neither
he, nor his family knows about my letter to you. I believe if
you help him, it won't be to late.
Truly yours,
Kim "S"
Dear Friends,
My husband,
Garry P and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your
brethren support & help. May you & your family be rewarded
for the good you perform and for the hope you give. Your care
& love have inspired me to compose lyrics to the the famous
Jewish melody "Lamentation of Israel." Yet it is the
lamentation, but from joy that at this tough time there are so
careful? loving folks living so far in America.
With respect,
Sara "Z"
P. S. Enclosed you will find the copy of this song in Hebrew,
Russian and English.
Thank you,
our friends from Nehemiah.
That
in such hard times in our lives
In the times of hesitations and great changes
The stream of soul warmth, the boiling geyser
You generously pour on all us.
Your help's desirable for us,
The darkness goes from us away,
Your love is warming our hearts,
You are showing us the way.
